Thank you for shopping with .Everwild Pet Co. All orders from our website are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below.

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note: Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control may occur.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Australia)
We offer the following flat-rate shipping options across Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $11.97 for orders between $0.00 and $148.99.
FREE Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): Free for all orders $149.00 and up.
Express Shipping (3-7 business days): $14.83 flat rate.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available via carrier.

If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shannonwilliams.lovesdogs@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
